What models do you use?

We primarily use fine-tuned versions of GPT-4o for chat agents, and specialized low-latency models for voice agents to ensure response times under 800ms.

How is this different from Synthflow or CloseBot?

Most off-the-shelf platforms rely heavily on Zapier and webhooks, which introduces latency and points of failure. We build custom integrations directly against the GHL API for faster, more reliable performance with deeper context.

Can we white-label this for our agency clients?

Yes. The agent operates entirely in the background. Your clients will just see the results happening inside their GHL account.

How do you prevent hallucinations and compliance issues?

We use strict system prompts, temperature controls, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture. The agent is strictly instructed to only use information provided in its knowledge base and to escalate to a human if it doesn't know the answer.

What happens if we go over the included voice minutes?

Additional voice minutes are billed at a flat rate of $0.15 per minute. We provide a dashboard so you can track usage in real-time.

What if it doesn't perform well?

The first 14 days post-launch are dedicated to tuning. We review transcripts daily and adjust the prompt. If it's still not hitting the agreed-upon KPIs after the tuning phase, we rebuild it until it does.
